With over a decade of experience in project and program management, I have led complex initiatives across construction, infrastructure design, and digital transformation. My background includes managing multimillion-dollar federal lands projects, overseeing both design and construction phases to ensure successful delivery. I began as a Project Engineer in construction, later transitioning to a Project Manager role, where I coordinated large-scale infrastructure projects, balancing scope, schedule, and budget. More recently, I have applied these skills to technology-driven initiatives, serving as the COR and IT Project Manager for the Grants Management System, leading cross-functional teams and stakeholders to modernize federal grant processes. My expertise spans risk management, stakeholder coordination, process improvement, and strategic execution to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
