My experience includes SQL databases, Synapse, SharePoint, and APIs, where I develop and implement strategies to improve data integration and accessibility. With strong skills in Power BI and Power Query, along with foundational knowledge in SQL and R, I build automated workflows and data models that support data-driven decision-making across organizations. With over a decade of experience in project and program management, I have led complex initiatives across construction, infrastructure design, and digital transformation. My background includes managing multimillion-dollar federal lands projects, overseeing both design and construction phases to ensure successful delivery. I began as a Project Engineer in construction, later transitioning to a Project Manager role, where I coordinated large-scale infrastructure projects, balancing scope, schedule, and budget. More recently, I have applied these skills to technology-driven initiatives, serving as the COR and IT Project Manager for the Grants Management System, leading cross-functional teams and stakeholders to modernize federal grant processes. My expertise spans risk management, stakeholder coordination, process improvement, and strategic execution to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Federal-Aid Engineer

2016-2021

As an Engineer for the Federal-Aid Highway Program, I oversaw transportation projects, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and engineering standards. I worked with state agencies and engineers to guide projects from design to construction, reviewing plans, monitoring improvements, and implementing new technologies to enhance infrastructure. My work helped improve safety, efficiency, and long-term sustainability.

Design Engineer

2009-2015

As a Lead Designer, I managed design support staff, providing leadership, mentorship, and technical guidance to ensure project success. I completed PS&E packages, including alignments, earthwork, drainage, and cost estimates, while coordinating with teams on schedules, budgets, and design reviews. I also developed training resources and provided hands-on mentorship to help engineers advance in their careers.

Construction Engineer

2010-2015

Managed on-site staff, overseeing construction projects to ensure compliance, cost control, and quality standards. Led resource allocation, performance evaluations, and mentorship to develop newer staff. Reviewed project submittals, provided technical support, and resolved design issues in the field. Supervised roadway reconstruction projects, including earthwork, culverts, paving, and bridge structures.
